John has had over 15 years of real estate experience in the acquisition, financing, asset management, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate across the US. Prior to co-founding J&L Realty, John developed his financial background in real estate from working at Big 4 Firm, Deloitte & Touche and Wall Street Investment Bank, Credit Suisse. He also spent several years with multiple fully-integrated institutional real estate developers such as California-based CommonWealth Partners. In one notable project in Los Angeles, John assisted foreign investors in fully revitalizing the iconic US Bank Tower, the-then tallest building west of Chicago. More recently at multinational real estate brokerage, Savills, John was responsible for leading the Capital Markets and Investments division for Indonesia.

John graduated from UC Berkeley with dual degrees in Business Administration and Information Management Technology and is a licensed CPA.
As owner and President Director of J&L Realty, Lucy brings over 25 years of experience in global real estate development and property services. Lucy spent approximately 20 years in Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Indonesia, where she was a rainmaker. She served as chairman and directed the firm’s expansion from 12 to more than 400 employees, building the small business into a full-service firm. She was also the person behind the successful merger between Procon Indonesia and JLL Indonesia, which is a merger unmatched in the Indonesian real estate industry.

Lucy moved to Los Angeles in 2012 where she worked as President Director & CEO for the owner of US Bank Tower, the then-tallest building in the western half of the United States. She spearheaded an ambitious repositioning plan (including the development of Skyspace, the first highrise observation deck, and one-of-a-kind Skyslide in LA) that stabilized the half-empty 1.4 million sq. ft. project and significantly increased the building’s value.
